Affiliate Program Policy

Any Smart Ledger customer, or any individual or business approved by us, can apply to become an affiliate. Every application is reviewed and approved manually. We may decline or end an affiliation at our discretion.

Approved affiliates receive a unique referral code and link. A lead is attributed to you when the person opens your link and submits the demo form. Attribution is based on the referral code stored on that visitor's device at the time of submission.

The commission for a successful referral is the value of one month of the plan the referred customer buys. For annual plans, one-twelfth of the annual value is used.

Commission is earned only when the referred lead becomes a paying subscriber and has completed three continuous months of paid subscription.

During those three months the commission is shown in your dashboard as locked, with the date it becomes eligible. Locked commission is not part of your withdrawable balance.

If the referred subscription is cancelled, lapses, is refunded or is charged back at any time before the three months are complete, the commission is voided and nothing is payable.

Once the three months are complete the commission becomes eligible, is reviewed by our team, and is then approved for payout.

You can request a payout of your approved balance as cash to your registered UPI or bank account, or as an extension of your own Smart Ledger subscription. Payouts are processed within 15 working days of approval. A minimum balance may apply and is shown in your dashboard.

You are responsible for any tax payable on commission you receive. TDS is deducted where the law requires it.

Self-referrals, referrals of your own additional accounts, and referrals made on behalf of an existing customer or an existing lead already in our pipeline.

Bidding on our brand name in paid advertising, spam, misleading claims about the product or its price, fake leads, and impersonating Smart Ledger or Srivarma Infotech.

Breaching these rules voids the related commissions and may end your affiliation.

We may change commission rates, qualification rules or program terms with 30 days' notice. Changes do not affect commissions already earned.
