Acceptance
By using this website or Smart Ledger, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. The service is operated by SRIVARMA INFOTECH, 1/151-2, West Street, Allur, Trichy, Tamil Nadu — 620 101, India.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you are signing up for a centre or firm, you confirm you are authorised to do so on its behalf.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. Where an account is created automatically using your mobile number, you should change the password after first sign-in.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, do not attempt to break into or overload our systems, do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software, do not upload malicious code, and do not store other people's personal data without a lawful reason.
Intellectual property
Smart Ledger, its software, design, content and brand belong to us. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software while your subscription is active. Your own business data remains yours.
Accuracy and professional advice
Smart Ledger helps you record and analyse your centre's transactions. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for your statutory filings and for checking the accuracy of what you record.
Availability
We work to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is notified in advance wherever possible.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data beyond our reasonable control.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account for non-payment or for a breach of these terms, as described in our Account Termination Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
