Account Termination Policy

You may close your account at any time by writing to info@srivarma.in from your registered email or by calling +91 9843600565 from your registered mobile number. We confirm closure in writing within 2 working days.

Closure stops future renewals. Refunds, if any, follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If a subscription payment fails, we send reminders and allow a 7-day grace period. After that, access is suspended. Paying the outstanding amount within 90 days restores the account and its data.

We may suspend or terminate an account immediately where there is unlawful use, an attempt to compromise the service, non-payment beyond the grace period, abusive behaviour towards our staff, or a serious breach of our Terms of Service. Where possible we give notice and a chance to fix the problem first.

After closure or termination your data is retained in read-only form for 90 days so you can export it. At the end of that window it is permanently deleted from our live systems and removed from backups on the normal backup rotation.

Invoices and payment records are retained for the period required by Indian tax law.

Closing a customer account does not automatically close a linked affiliate account. Commissions that are already eligible remain payable; commissions still inside the 3-month qualification window are voided if the referred subscription ends.

Within the 90-day window you can ask us to reopen an account by settling any dues. After deletion, the account and its data cannot be recovered.
